- Complete the Athlete Information Sheet and sign the T.Reavis Fitness Liability Waiver, then email both to: email@example.com.
- Telephone Consultation We will schedule a consultation to discuss and review your information and goals.
- Program Design It will take approximately two weeks to design your custom plan from your initial submission. You will receive a username and password to access your daily customized workouts from the web-based Workout Log database. Strength training, core routine and warm-up drill programs and videos will be provided.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING or SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING
- 60 minutes for $70
- 90 minutes for $100
- 120 minutes for $125
