  • Daily customized web-based Workout Log to track and assess progress,

  • Assessment and solutions for nutritional balance,
  • Assessment on proper strength, core and stretching technique,
  • Instruction on proper warm-up, cool down technique and recovery methods,
  • Meet once or twice per week for workouts depending on athletic goals and schedule,
  • Discounted nutritional vitamin products for athletes

ONLINE COACHING


Online Coaching




  • 3 months for $320

  • Initial phone consultation,
  • Unlimited phone calls, text messages, and emails,
  • Exercises to address specific form issues,
  • Solutions for nutritional balance,
  • Instruction and Videos on proper strength, core and stretching technique,
  • Instruction and Videos on proper warm-up, cool down technique and recovery methods and
  • Discounted nutritional vitamin products for athletes.

TO GET STARTED:

  1. Complete the Athlete Information Sheet and sign the T.Reavis Fitness Liability Waiver, then email both to: treavis@ymail.com.
  2. Telephone Consultation We will schedule a consultation to discuss and review your information and goals.
  3. Program Design It will take approximately two weeks to design your custom plan from your initial submission. You will receive a username and password to access your daily customized workouts from the web-based Workout Log database. Strength training, core routine and warm-up drill programs and videos will be provided.
